Spin around and catch!

Posted this video clip of my practice session yesterday. In it, I spin round as I juggle the yellow balls continuously.  While juggling, I toss first one, then two, and finally all three balls into the air - and catch them as I come around towards the front at the end of my spin.

Spin round and catch ~ today's practice made me drip with perspiration.
