Stadium Run at the Singapore Sports Hub

There were two waves of runners at the Stadium Run held at the Singapore Sports Hub on 1 November 2014. I was there to juggle beside the race route, to provide some visual entertainment to the participants as they ran 5 rounds around the stadium. Other entertainers included cheerleaders, Bhangra dancers, and drummers, and we were stationed at different points along the route.

During the event, it rained heavily. It was good that the race route was sheltered by a wide sloped roof, otherwise everyone would have gotten wet. Come to think of it, everyone was wet, not so much from rain but from perspiration. That's certainly a natural outcome of a high-energy sports event!
